We recognise that acting as an Executor can be daunting, especially if you’ve not done this before, and we understand that you may need some guidance as you work through the process of handling someone’s affairs after they have passed away. Consulting a solicitor, where a professional Executor has not been appointed, can also offer peace of mind regarding your responsibilities during the administration of a person’s estate.
